Timberwolf is the project name of the AmigaOS port of the Firefox web browser (for legal reasons it cannot be called Firefox). Firefox is an award-winning open source web browser and is the de-facto-standard browser across a wide variety of operating system, taking second place in popularity after Microsoft' s Internet Explorer. Its features include tabbed browsing, support for HTML 5, ECMAScript 3.1, and CSS 3, extensibility through addons, and a lot more. | Title: | Progress on Timberwolf | | Text: | I haven't posted a progress report for a few weeks. This is not because there was nothing new, but the news are mostly "boring": Fixing bugs, implementing some missing features and so on.
One feature worth mentioning is that Timberwolf will now adapt to the color scheme of your workbench. That means it will use the GUI prefs colors for it's user interface drawing and this will be a big step towards making it feel more like an Amiga application.
